SCAM ALERT: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! AVOID AT ANY COST! I don't know what to mention as there were lots of issues with this school and one review wouldn't be sufficient: Yelling countless times, having long phone calls in almost every lesson, going to gas station in almost every lesson, no respect, very sarcastic comments, not an apology for a delay or any mistake from the instructor's side, and so many others. When I asked for a contract first, Iwona Wieclawska, the only English speaking instructor, was ignoring me, until after many attempts from my side she brought a contact in Polish only, with no school name/stamp, no school header/footer, not even her name, nothing about the school. She asked me to fill in blanks in the agreement, she only explained the payment part: "You have to pay all before finishing 20 hours", she is so happy when she gets paid, she didn't give me any receipt and she insisted on paying installments in cash! (except for the first installment). At least I got her signature in the contract and I asked her to write down when and how much I paid, this is the only proof I have that I paid. NEVER TRUST HER! At first she was a bit nice and cool, but with time she started looking for any excuse to show any possible sign of disrespect, she ignored so many of my questions, and when I tried to do my best while driving she yelled 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WHAT ARE YOU DONG? IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, ASK!", and when I asked, she didn't answer. She had no clear plan for me, she told me once "next lesson in the maneuver square", and next lesson we just did normal driving. She literally did her best to make me resign from their services just after I paid the whole amount, so just after finishing 20 hours she came late, changed suddenly the meeting point, yelled a lot and made her best sarcastic comments (e.g. "how much do you need to practice to know the fitting point?"), her sarcasm started even before entering the car that lesson! I was very nice, respectful and friendly (especially that she is an old lady, that's why I was too gentle even after all what she did), yet she used all that as weakness. Even when asking for a tiniest clarification or discuss a mistake she yelled saying "ARE YOU FIGHTING WITH ME? DON'T FIGHT WITH ME!", even though I wasn't even shouting or something, I just was saying what I thought was correct from my point of view, and her job is to clarify this, not to make a student/client loose his/her confidence. I even had anxiety (from the first time in my life) due to her aggressive behavior, I got a strong pain in the chest and went to the psychiatrist for the first time in my life. Who advised that I change the instructor and stop taking driving lessons for 30 days. When I decided to resign, she answered SMSs too late, once said "I don't understand", then when I had an appointment with her she said "Where is your resignation letter?", while she didn't mention that they need this letter AT ALL before the appointment, even her husband, Waldemar Więcławski, who is another instructor in the school, was in the office and confirmed they need this letter. I just left their office. After I prepared the resignation letter and wrote to her an SMS, she ignored it, I called her husband, he gave me her number saying that he doesn't speak English, I wrote to him SMSs (with Google help), he told me that Iwona doesn't want to talk to me, and he asked me to come with a Polish speaker. When I went there, I found only Waldemar, he refused the resignation letter, and he gave me only 245 PLN, he asked me to sign a receipt (now they use receipts), and he gave me a document with hours I did with them. I paid 2500 PLN for 30 hours + a handbook full of spelling mistakes + code for online tests, I finished 21.5 hours, and they gave me back only 245 PLN for the remaining 8.5 hours (1 hour in English = 28.83 PLN?), He said that the rest are for the access code and the handbook. The code is worth 25 PLN, the handbook is worth 59,00 PLN. Please think twice before using their services!
